I have an OS7100 with S/W Version 4.04a. The Date and Time Change to JAN 1 2007 12:00 every night, and stays on that time there after. You can unplug the phone and plug it back in and the time will be correct. Voice mail also gives the correct time stamp. I've had a similar problem with a iDCS 100 R1, and replaced the MEM Card and software to fix it. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if there might be another fix for it? Thanks in advance!

I think 4.04a is the latest version release for North America. Below is the latest software as shown on the GSBN Current software Version page for the OFFICESERV 7100 North America.
To further your query about the time and date issue, I'm presuming this happens on all telephones, and that you have tried defaulting the system to see if it happens with no programming?
We had a 7400 2 years ago that wouldnt change the time AT ALL, it was stuck at what ever we set it to. Memory serves, Samsung replaced the LP card under warranty...

Found out the hard way that Easyset does not work on 4.14k - so far that is the only problem I have found on that version of software.

Just an FYI. The date has reset back to Jan 1. on two of the six 4.14K 7100's that I have installed in the last month. I was told there is a pill in to Korea. Anyone know when a patch will be ready? I have also had two of the "P" ports fail on seperate UNICards( P1 first position and P2 on the 2nd position). I currently have a phone that is beeping and "crackling" another 7100. I am going on-site to plug phone into 7100 directly to rule out cabling. Whew.
