I have a new client with an iDCS100. It has been awhile since I have worked on Samsung systems. Is there anyway, when a caller is put on hold that they can stay on hold and not get disconnected or sent to voicemail after so many seconds. Thank you in advance.

Are you asking if they can be put on hold indefinitely? If that's what you want you can set sys hold rcl (system hold recall)to 000 in mmc 501 system timers.Be aware that this affects all users and there will be no hold recall. If you still need hold recall you could set exclusive hold recall to 000(no recall) and set sys holdrecall to a value ex 60 seconds and still get a recall on those held calls.
