Hi everyone,

we hve an OS7400, and since 10am this morning (when its MEANT to change to DAY mode) our system has been going into night mode about every 30 or 40 seconds.

We restarted the system, Ive checked the Ring Plan's in 507, everything SEEMS to be correct.

Samsung currently have no idea what the problem is... so im wondering has anyone else ever had such a problem?

P.S. We do have the odd conflict as we are running OLD style DCS 24B phones on this system, so we are a few versions of software behind at the moment, (new phones in a month or so)

Set up an RTO key which is an override key used for automatic scheduling.

Press the RTO key and dial '0000' then dial '0' again to set the system back to auto.

Samsung should know this, its basic auto scheduling rules!!!!

Yes, that would have worked, but it may stay in mode 2 pemenantly, Once you have it in day mode, then do as i said in the previous post.

Check your holiday dates, we get this all the time, customers enter public holidays 1 year, then don't remove them , so come next year the system goes to whatever ring plan its told to, and they call us up to log a fault
