New install, OS100 w/SVMI4E, 2.72 on KSU, intermittantly some messages are being cut off early. I've listened to some of them, the audio levels are good, and there wasnt any quiet time before the message was cut off. Not from a cell phone either. Has anyone experienced cut off messages? Figured i'd ask here first incase i'm having a DUH moment and bog the Samsung tech queue with it. Thanks, PM if detailed.

Did you check the message timers in the vm?
There is a limit to the lenght of time a message can be left. Also how close to full is the VM when this is happening?

Yep, checked the timers, there are other messages around it (before and after) that are longer. Brand new VM, only has 15 or so messages at any time.

I've had wierd cut offs on multiple svmi's. I've never been able to get to the bottom of it. On a couple I've defaulted the svmi thinking it was a corrupt database and left it to find it would start happening again a few months later. Some the problem never happened again. One I recently replaced the whole mail because it wouldn't go away. I wouldn't chace your tail trying to figure it out. I turned on the Debug monitor and saw nothing there either indicating why it was happening. Hope this helps a little or saves you some time.

Yeah, already have pulled a spare svmi out of stock for them, but havent had a chance to go swap it out. Was hoping for one of those face palm responses where i missed something obvious but too much of a headless chicken to see it. Thanks!
