O.k. Laugh now.
Now my question. Has anyone experienced crashed SVMI's prior to mid 2005? If you are not comfortable posting here, please PM me.
I'm going somewhere with this and could use a little help right now.
Thanks all and as I stated before, this site is awesome!

Yes, but no where near the '99 or so Cadences.
The most common failure is when the SVMi starts garbling up messages. Rarely do they just stop working altogether.
We found pulling the flash card and using disk repair and defrag gives new life to failing SVMis.

Thanks for all the PM's thus far.
Another questions. Any Dataview issues such as 10 seat limitation or reports not correct data?

Due to the dynamic structure of the board, we are making a few changes. The posts that are being moved from the installer’s section to the open forum have been deemed viewable for the public. There are a few caveats to these moves that also pertain to any future topics that you may decide to help with. 1. When posting a possible answer we request that you state facts not opinions. 2. When posting do not include any proprietary information. 3. When posting use this theory; provide information on what to do and not how to do it.
An example would be; in order for you to use the return call feature from the caller ID display. You need to use the least cost routing feature.
A bad example would be; in order for you to use the return call feature from the caller ID display. Go to mmc XXX and insert the digits needed. Then go to mmc XXX and XXX to activate LCR.
We still encourage the use of the PM feature or email if you plan on providing technical information that is above the user guide or admin programming ability. For the installer that has a technical question you can still use the installer’s category with out fear of your post being moved.
If you feel that a topic should not be in the open forum please make your request known to a moderator for that category. Include a link to the thread and your reasons for the request.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

I've been getting a number of PM's, so thanks for that. I'm hunting for issues on the SVMI-8E's and 16(e)'s.
Thanks
