Gentlemen,
Seems we have inherited a Samsung OS7100 installation. As this customer is a very worthwhile non-profit organization that seems to have been left hanging by their former vendor, I am eager to attempt to help them. Unfortunately, thus far I have been unable to find another vendor in the area that is reasonably familiar with this system, certainly none that come recommended.
Does anyone here have decent Samsung OS7100 experience? Would you be interested in answering some questions to get me started with this system? First up would have to do with accessing the programming database using Samsung's "Installation Tool" application.
Let me know if you can assist and we can take the rest of the conversation private.
Thanks!

Give me a buzz any time except 2 in the morning. You better be bleeding if I get a call at that time.

WRichey,
Thanks for the reply, PM and offer of help!
Samsung Tech NZ and I are communicating via PM and he has given me a starting point. Now I just have to find a mutually acceptable time with the customer's staff (it's a very part time, occassional use office) for a service call to try out his suggestions.
I will keep your number and give you a call should I get stuck. Hmmm... Let's see... 2 AM Texas time equals midnight my time in California... So, I guess I should be good to call until 11:59 PM my time.
Okay, okay, just kidding.
Thanks again!
P.S. Oh and exactly how much blood to call later? Small seeping scratch or is actual gushing required?
