I have recently found we have a problem with not being able to dial "0" to access the Operator while in the SVMi, either listening to the intro or during the leaving message section. It seems to get stuck in a loop, "transferring to extension 500, one moment please" (500 = operator group), a bit of MOH, then "if you know the extension...". checked out the EClass blocks and and everything I could think of associated with it and all look OK. An "operator button" on the system works OK. Looking at the SMDR and SVMi, it looks like every time it tries a transfer the call moves to the next VM port.

Are there any extensions programmed as members for the operator group? What happens when you physically dial 500 from a phone?

Do you have 500 as an EXTN in the SVMi subscriber list?, even though it is normally there by default I have seen cases of it being deleted.

No 500 in extension list, won't let me create a new extension for 500, so that looks like where the trouble is. Thanks for the guidence, I'll figure out away around this problem now.

Try in system programming to change the operator group to 501 or what ever group you are using. Then change the 0 in the voicemail to go to the new group.
