Hello, I am working on a Cadence System. I need to build a 2 layer menu tree. For Example
You have reached such and such
Press 1 for Cultural Programs Press 2 for building trades
Then under those menu's
1= press 1 press 2 press 3 press 4
2= press 1 press 2 press 3
I am used to doing SVMI's but with the option codes and having to do it over the phone due to the location being 200 miles away has been confusing. Any Guidance I would appreciate it.

If its that far, then maybe you should look into conecting a modem to it for remote access.

If you can get a hold of the manual, you can program all over the phone thru DTMF. It is easier thru the modem.

I have the programming manual which is not a problem. I'm just not sure the right procedure to create the multi layer tree. Is it that I need to create phantom mailboxes and do a tree out of those? I've worked with Telekol voicemail and I know this is very similar to those through the PC way. Just not sure what Options I should be looking for in regards to creating this tree.
