I working a Dcs compact ver: 2.6 that is losing memory everytime I shut the system down.I did have to reset the system because I didn't know the tech pass code. Do I need a new RAM card?

There is a battery inside the RAM card that can be replaced.The only other thing to check is that the battery switch is set to ON .

I'm working on a Prostar DCS Compact phone system, and I need the manuals for ste if anyone has them I have one for the DCSI and it seems not to be working.
I need to set up the pots lines one to each ext. and voice mail.
