Hi, I have some trouble with an Os7200 with 16SLI2 boards. All version are updated, but CID does not appear sometime when i call(from another station or ISDN line) one BCA phone. I thought was a cabling problem, but i tried directly un the board, and was the same...

Do you have a RCM2 card installed? You need it to send CID to the SLI board.
