Hello All, We have a bit of a weird one here. The issue here is that we are unable to use the Find/Me Follow me when we have overflow/transfer times set to less than 20 secs. The scenario is a help desk... they want 4 phones to ring in the day but straight out to cell phones at night. We created 2 ring groups, one for day and one for night. no problem. At night we set the timers for 0 secs than overflow to vm and onto to Find me. It will not work unless we set the timers to 20 seconds. We have tried to send it to a virtual extension as well but no luck... any ideas?

Try checking the station timers. Mainly: No Answer Fwd and EXT foward Delay

point the calls to a virtual ext that cfw all to its mbx, in the mbx set your follow me to your cell, the call hits the mbx and then follow me is invoked
