I am sure this has been asked somewhere around a thousand times, but I can't find it in a search.

We just lost an employee, and need to get into her mailbox and I do not remember how to do this. I know all of my passcodes, just not what I need to do to get to change her vm passcode. This is on a idcs500 system with a SVMi-e card. If someone could help me out, or send me a manual (or give me a page number on a manual I already have) I would greatly appreciate it.

I have found how to do it via pc, but I am looking for the via handset way that I should be remembering...

Press the VM key on any telephone, when you hear "Enter Passcode" press *#0000, Enter the System Admin passcode, Press 2, dial mailbox number + #, press 1, press 5, press 1. You are done.
