I want setup TOS for minimal delay.
What value is correct for TOS field of Samsung
00010000 or 00001000?

They are using a partial T1 at 1MB up/down. I have a Cisco Pix on one side and a Cisco 831 on the other side.

For RTP need EF=0xB8
For Signal packets AF31=0x68 (Impossible setup now frown )
