Hi, sorry if this is very basic but this phone admin thing is not my forte. I have a phone that has a flashing red light but has no voice mail. I was told that it may be a callback indicator. My question is how do I clear it. I have read dialing 44 and speaker however when I do this I get a fast busy. Please advise. This in a samsung iDCS 18D running on an office serv 7200. Thanks for your help, Doug.

By default the keypad should be hot. Just dial 43.

That worked thank you very much... I feel like a dummy for having to ask a question with such an easy fix. I was one digit off. Again, thank you.

Hello. I am also having a challenge with flashing lights on the IDCS 18D. All of the phones are flashing with one or two red lights. Not sure which phone is the cause. It is four rapid flashing red lights, followed by a pause, then it repeats. Prostar DCS Compact Telephone Server. I have tried dialing 43, and 42 on multiple phones with no success. On my phone, the lower right programmable key and the programable key above redial are both flashing. Please help. Thank you.

Welcome to Tech-talk welcome
Please do not post your question in an existing thread. In the future start a new thread. One of your phones is most likley in DND (do not disturb), dial 400 to clear it on the phone that has do not disturb in the LCD. If you need more help please start a new thread. wink
