when i try to make a conference call, I get an error. "Conf group full"

it used to work fine. any clues

Have you rebooted the system? First thing to try.

Do you have a really good surge suppressor on it?

I was not able to reboot the system, bigwig on a very long call. however the customer swears to me that they did reboot it.

Don't have any idea of what to do without rebooting, this is not a problem I've ever seen.

Many weird things happen when you get a power spike. It could be that someone was on a conference call, system got a spike, no one noticed anything, they hang up and now there is a problem.

Unfortunately rebooting is the first step.

We had this occur before. We found the ring side of a digital station accidentally shorted against the tip side of another. We would reboot the system and could use the conference just fine a day later it was full again until we found and cleared the short. By the way ours was a R1 500 L running 1.40 software. Good Luck
