Have to relocate Samsung DCS 400si telephone system.Where can I purchase the software & manual to program this Pri trunk PBX system. I'm a Norstar Tech.

You can get it from any Samsung dealer. I think you would be better off just using the keyset to program from though.

Second Richey's use of phone. This a MD system that never had many software upgrades, it came and went.

When powering it up, you may have to pull cards and restart the cards one at a time. On a loaded system, the 400si power supplies were inadequate to power up the system from a dead start - extra feature.
