I probably should have said BRI GSM gateway
(ie a device you put a sim card in that connectes to the pabx via BRI trunk ports)

No there is no gsm gateways on the system

Sounds like you may have a carrier fault.
Have you tried with just 1 onramp connected

Fault only became present on change over from OS500 to OS7200 so we don't think it is a carrier fault, also completed bert test on all 4 lines for 15 minutes each
