I have a receptionist who answers multiple station groups in the system. Sometimes she be will working in another office. Is it possible to forward station group calls to that other phone?

Is the other office on the same phone system? If it is... the best way to handle this would be to add any of the other extensions she might be working at into the station group. You can then log that station in and out of the ring group using a feature code.

Once you get the extra extensions added to the station groups, you can log in and out using feature code 53. From a hot keypad, press 53 then the group number. The screen will display group status with IN and OUT above the corresponding soft key.

Or put a Group login key for each group, then there is a visual indication of which groups are ringing that phone.
