I have a customer who is having problems with their voicemail and I’ve never seen this problem before. Anytime you access the voicemail, the first second of the audio is cutoff. I have attached a WAV file I recorded when I called into the system. I doesn’t matter if you are on-site, off-site, in a subscriber’s mailbox or system administration. Anytime you make a selection using the keypad the audio that follows is cutoff. This is a new SVMi-8E that is installed in a OS500. The system has been up and running for a couple of years. The voicemail is new because the HD in the old voicemail died about two months ago. A default of the voicemail did not help the problem. Voicemail Audio

I had a similar problem. Needed to replace the SVMi-16. Changed the HD and downloaded software. Prompts started to clip. What I ended up doing was downloaded the back up except the Prompts.
Then just re-recorded the custom prompts.
