The GSBN site does not have it listed, but you can register for it on the Plimus site. The next class is scheduled for 6/22/2009 - 6/26/2009.
PM me if you have any questions. FWIW... I didn't make it to the class for the Samsung support folks, so I'm going to be at the next class in June.

I was enrolled for that class last July '08, never happened. If it does actually happen to this around, I'll be there. Perhaps the hold up was related to them needing a processor boost which they have with the MP10a and the new 7200 MP20.

We are running the Beta version I think its going to be a great product. Everything you know about SVMI will apply so it should be a pretty smooth transition. Good Luck

I just got done with the class and this is truly an incredible product. It is 100% true unified messaging.
While I doubt I will use it, the TTS (text-to-speech) option is really cool. Someone sends you an e-mail... the IP-UMS sends a copy to your voicemail. You call your voicemail and listen to the text of the e-mail message. You can also use the TTS to create custom prompts.
The product is stable... we pushed it pretty hard in the class. If you take one of the classes soon, it will be taught by Scott Hoek... the guy who designed the SVMi. After they get their staff trained on the system, others will start teaching the class.

Thanks for the feedback. Nice to see Samsung catching up in the UM dept. It would be nice to see a CT gateway at some point that would unify the data streams from multiple networked systems. For central operator PCs. Been requesting that the last couple of years.
A roadblock when selling bigger jobs.
