I have a 7200 running 4.22 and the voicemail transfer has a bizarre problem. Approximately 1 out of 100 VM transfers from the reception phone creates an "Invalid" condition and causes it to go to the general greeting instead of the mailbox. I always alter the day/night menus to default to the main main menu as opposed to "Bye" so in worst case it doesn't hang up on the caller. Samsung tech support had me alter "Forward Trunk" as such: #??? Trans ??? and 0??? Trans ???. This was supposed to eliminate invalids by translating anything after "#" or "0" to a valid extension/mailbox. The receptionist claimed this fixed the problem for several days and now it's doing it again. I just logged into the SVMi20 and found that there was an INVALID condition logged earlier today. Has anyone been down this path and if so, is there a known fix? We have many 7200's in the field and this is the only one that's exhibited this problem. It acts as if it's getting bogus DTMF during the VM transfer process. Many thanks in advance!

Does she use the key pad for the digits of the extension or does she use a DS button for the extension?

At first she was using only the DS buttons on the AOM, so I had her try exclusively dialing the extension manually on VM transfers and it still does it.
