For those not aware... Samsung has formally released v4.30i for North America.

Among the upgrades:

• MOBEX - Assign a local 2,3, or 4 digit extension to a telephone that is not part of the OfficeServ system.
• OfficeServ Connect - Allows simultaneous ringing of a Master keyset and up to 5 other devices.
• SIP Peering Support
• ITP Emergency Dialing
• 8 Port Voicemail Module Support - The SVMi-20E now supports all twenty ports.
• IP-UMS Support
• Temporary Licensing
• Emergency Licensing
• ITP Hot Desking
• SVM Name Sync - When enabled, the Station Name in MMC 104 and the Subscriber Name in the SVM will be synced.
• Password Protect User Programs - New COS allows blocking of MMCs 1xx.

That's just a highlight of the changes. There is also firmware upgrades for the ITP series that allows for Multiple Server Support. If the main OfficeServ system goes down, the ITP will automatically register to a backup system.

GSBN has eight Product Bulletins and all the software available.

NOTE: When upgrading to v4.30i, remember to take a backup using IT because the phone system will be in a default state when it comes back up with the new software.

CIT, I have a customer with OS7100, MP10(not MP10a) who has had ongoing low volume issues. Will upgrading to 4.30i resolve these issues?
