Are you using the set or IT to change it?
Dont post program numbers here btw... Save that for the installer forum.

Using set as I always do. Should I try IT?

I think you're going to need Samsung Tech Support to be involved, those 2 trouble symptoms have a history that they will need to know about.
When you did the upgrade, did you default the system? Just thinking there could be some database corruption. That would be my next step, default completely, try changing IP with default, then upload database without the IP info checked in the upload. (or program system from scratch via set)

I followed the Samsung upgrade instructions and I beleive when you go to file control there is an automatic default.
I couldn't change the IP address before the upgrade as well. I could change it on the initial install but started having time issues, ucd issues, etc. and it was all down hill from there. I've spent so much time at this site, the customer decided to give me my own office. But seriously, since the upgrade all is fine but the IP address.

There was something about changing the IP to 1.1.1.1 and resetting, then trying again and resetting if I remember correctly.

What you may have is a conflict on your network (same IP) which the system detects and stops you changing the IP or it changes and then changes back, so ping the network 1st for the IP and then try again if no conflicts, I have had this issue a few times.
