I have a customer that has a IDCS 100 with a svmi 4 voice mail that somewhere some times (not all the time) is forwarding out calls through auto attendant to his cell phone. Any idea on where to look? I could not get it to do it for me.

In the voicemail, you will want to go into the Access Manager (Option 4 in the Subscriber Services Menu) to check Find Me. Also check the Stored Telephone Numbers in Personal Services. With that said... how do you know it's the SVMi that is forwarding the calls? Have you checked the forwarding settings in the system for the extension.

Also check that your power supply is not failing also as the system will do weird things onece this happens
