I have a customer that has a IDCS 100 with a svmi 4 voice mail that somewhere some times (not all the time) is forwarding out calls through auto attendant to his cell phone. Any idea on where to look? I could not get it to do it for me.

In the voicemail, you will want to go into the Access Manager (Option 4 in the Subscriber Services Menu) to check Find Me. Also check the Stored Telephone Numbers in Personal Services. Originally posted by slarocca82:

Also check that your power supply is not failing also as the system will do weird things onece this happens
