I was trying to order desi strips from Overtech for the iDCS phones, but they have them listed as Falcon iDCS phones. Are those the same thing? The pictures look exactly the same, but I have never put hands on them.
Btw: we are a brand new Samsung dealer. We have always been an Avaya dealer, but just added Samsung to our line up. I'm pretty impressed so far.
