I have a customer that I added 4 new phones to the system and works fine. Except they can not access voice mail, when we put in the extension # for the password system tell me that it is an invalid mailbox #. Problem is that i don't knowcomdial. I thoughtr it might be an impact system because that is what the phones are. all other phones work great, is there any way to tell what voice mail they are using so that i get a manual

Trace the jumpers off all station ports and look for something hooked up to them? Could be many mails and could be many phone systems. If you added phones surely you have some description of the system they are installed on. You definitely need more info.

That sounds like the butchered attempt at an FX-II cabinet. Ask your customer if they can send you a digital pic. of the backboard.
