Does anyone know how to convert and load a pre-recorded message file, (preferably a .wav file), into the OS7100 SVMi system.
Are there any file conversion tools available?
Samsung Austalia have been very slow in providing any help in this area.

OK got my file convertrd and on the Voicemail as prompt 5500 for example. Can I get a mailbox to use this prompt somehow?

If it were me I would build a new Eclass and put the extension in that class and replace the existing prompt that plays with the 5500 prompt.You also might want to set it up where the customer cant record their own message either.
