We have 2-Cab 7200 with MCP v4.21c LCP v4.14 and 2 x 4BRI Cards v6.01 - Everything was stable up to about a month ago when the one of the BRI cards began restarting every few minutes; cutting calls in the process. We moved the BRI cards to C2-S4 / C2-S5 and it settled down again. Last week the nonsense started again. We've swapped cards around ; replaced cards ; nothing helps! Anyone come accross this before?

Right! BRI should not go in S1 or S2 as this causes "clicking" on lines. But the fault (apparently) lay somewhere else... yesterday we isolated one faulty port on 16TRK (C1-S2). Once that card was pulled there were no more BRI disconnects/restarts! Still monitoring to be sure.

Bad News! When we restored the system (cabs, cards and DB) to the original setup this morning the BRI's started playing up again. Now with a new cab the BRI clicking sounds more like a popcorn machine on steroids ... we are on site from morn till late nite and its wearing us out.
