Has anyone gotten remote SIP stations to work. I am trying to get in my case a Polycom Soundpoint 300 SIP to work remotely? It works locally. Thanks in advance.

FYI apparently the next release 4.40 will support this.

Interesting, there is a document down here describing the complete setup of Sip on verv 4.30. Might be a locally produced one, but if the system has the functionality and we can order the licence seems pretty strange to say its not supported.

Cheers, Dave.

I did forget to mention, the document does state that when the SIP stations at a remote office are working behind a NAT the SIP phones will not function properly.

I can only presume that from previous comments that maybe future software versions may have a Stun server or similar inbuilt.

Cheers, Dave.

We are running Beta 4.42 software in our office you can have multiple external IP addresses and you no longer have to set the phones as private or public with firewall the system automatically detects the condition and adjusts for it. I havent run the software at the customer location I was referencing above yet.
