I need to find out what # I am passing when I call 911. In my PBX I modified the Calling Party Number on each extension and assign the number in the CLI in PRI Control. Is it safe to assume that the number I assigned in the Calling Party Number is the number getting pass to 911?

Never assume anything. Calling Party Number only works if the carrier allows it. Why not make a test call to 911?

Definitly make a test call to 911. Just tell them this is NOT an emergency and you are testing a phone system. The carrier should display the correct address for every DID on that PRI. Just like Marc said never assume anything.
