I have 3 sites networked via Public IPs. Site A can communicate with site B and site C with no issues. Site B can hear site C but site C cannot hear site B.
All the settings for IP address, etc. is correct. I've reprogrammed site C from scratch, still no change.
I've setup our demo kit at our office and can communicate with all 3 sites.
Sites are all OS7100 4.30i, 8 MGI activated
Any suggestions??

Do you mean you have them literally sitting on public IPs, not behind a router/firewall, but off a dirty/public switch or the like?
Can you sent up a notebook at site C with the same static (unplug the 7100) and try to ping site B?, and vice versa?
With real public IPs I guess it couldn't be the port forwarding/firewall.

We had something simular but with wireless SMT phones. We had to end up setting the switch to private with public even though we were pure public. Give it a shoot.

If both site C and B can connect and talk with site A, then one would presume the networks are both programmed correctly.
If B and C can call each other and the only thing not working is speech in one direction,it sounds more like a programming issue at either site B or C.
As a last proof, take your demo kit to site B and replicate Site B's setup and see if the problem persists. If so, try it then at site C and do the same.
Although if it is a programming glitch and you duplicate the sites programming, you will also be duplicating the programming glitch...

I am sure others here do the same, but we always set up 7000s that are to be networked at our office on a local switch/router before deploying them. Saves a lot of headaches.

Take a packet capture using wireshark and a network HUB (not switch) from Site C during a call with Site B. It may be a little confusing to read, but you'll most likely find the cause of your problem there. Feel free to zip up a sample and email, I'd be willing to help you muddle through the output.

Thanks for the responses. It proved to be something blocking at site C. Samsung recommended Wireshark with a HUB. I couldn't source a HUB at the time but I put out demo kit in, same issue.
I setup another router with their 2nd external IP, nothing else but the system on it and it works fine. For some reason I couldn't get their ISP to see the 7100 directly.
I've also now found a 10/100 HUB.
