Does anyone know where in a SVMi 20E voicemail system supporting an OfficeServ 7400 system, is the option to set a retention of messages in one or all subscribers to lets say 60 days?
Thanks, Deb

In the voicemail, go to Open Block Table --> MClass -- > Standard. It's on the first page as Message retention.

Do you by any chance know if this feature applies to all of the messages such as saved and new or just new or just saved, and does the retention time count down from the day each message is left or from today if I set a time today?
