What is required to get Impact phones to work on this release I have a digital card but in programming under phone types IMPACT isnt listed
If its not broken then dont fix it.

You'll need the dealer specific software card that supported Impact sets.

9B supported Impact but you probably have the software restricted 9B that supported the Impression sets. It might be worth it to upgrade!
