One of our digital extensions has the message "DO NOT CALL" on its screen and we've been unable to clear this error.

we dont have the prostar in uk but you could try dailing 400 to clear message seems someone has dailed the message code to active that message there are 20 messages you could had

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I tried the 400 code, which is successful in clearing DO NOT DISTURB, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have an effect on DO NOT CALL.

You have to go in a change the absent message associated with the telephone. It is a message that the users can go in and change just by pressing transfer and then the program and the associated message that says "DO NOT CALL".

Press 4800. That should clear the message out.
