I set up a new station group and have 1 trunk utilizing this group to ring 2 isolated handsets. If the handsets do not pick up, I would like the system to redirect to the voice mailbox on extension 201.

Can I setup "Next Port" to another station group that can accomplish this? Currently, the default is to redirect to 519 to the Builtin VMS, where I get the general mailbox according to the menu setup.

How can I setup another AA message for just one specific trunk, and redirect to a user mailbox?

Thanks,
Mike

Keep the forwarding the way it is eg: so many rings forward to voice mail. Set up "forward trunk" to a mailbox for that group. Set up group list to forward messages to both phones and delete after forwarding.
