Our SVMi-8 quit working today (again). The status screen showed that all the ports were "Locked", whatever that means. The only way to get around this was to use a backup copy of the BLOCKS.TBL file. Obviously, this worked great, but any voice mail in the system seems to be gone from each extension. The files are still there, but does anyone know of a way to retrieve that voice mail? Is there are way to forward all voice mail to a given extension, or to somehow listen to those messages? Thanks in advance!

I have had the same issue with svmi -8e. Go to the site, and the MClass or EBlock table are going. We end up defaulting and reloading. Also had it once on a SVMi-2e.
Has anyone else had this problem?
