Set up an OS100 R2 on the bench for an IP upgrade. Added the MGI16 card, a couple IP phones and programmed it. Everything worked fine. Got all the customer programming entered, tested out fine behind the firewall. Left it running over night and the today. Now the LEDs 1, 3, 4, 7, and 8 are steady on, no blinking on LED 2. The switch sees it. SVMi sees the attempt to login but I don't hear the login prompt. I can make calls from an ITP keyset, but I no talk path either direction, nor to iDCS keysets. Nothing has changed on the network. Restoring the backup I made from the setup last night didn't help, neither did defaulting and starting over several times.

MCP v2,76b, SCP v1.09, can't tell you what the MGI version is since it no longer shows up in the MMC, although I can change the MGI's IP all I want, but pinging it gets no return.

Thinking the MGI card has failed (brand new), but looking for confirmation.

Thanks!

I saw such problem and it was wrong MGI install place.
Did you install MGI board in the Main KSU ?
It must be installed in the main block not in the expansion.

Sounds like your mgi16 card has locked up, what happens when you reset it via either the mmc code or via the reset switch on the card?

I've swapped the card around in the main cabinet, each U slot, to no avail. Didn't try the expansion cabinet since it's not supposed to go there. And resetting it both through software and the reset button, and that didn't clear up things either. We'll see if the distributor has any suggestions before I bring it back to him for replacement.

Thanks!
