How can I switch two stations extensions? I have 2 people switching desks. I've used the "Set Relocation" before and it seems to swap multiple locations around.

Nevermind... I found XXX searching the forums... But I guess I can change my question. Whats wrong with my XXX Set Relocation? And would relocation be better? I see the extensions changed around but other settings changed also.

The recommended procedure is to change the cross-connect at the system block. Changing the Station Number will just cause problems in the future and you will need to re-do the voicemail for those extensions, unless you change the cross-connect.
