I am getting a Critical Error message of "Invalid registration of user id" on a phone that I am trying to bring up. it is set for DHCP and I have put in the server info. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this?

The user ID or password of the phone does not match any entries of the system. You must tell the phone who it is.
