You are from Turkey? It is hard to make out what you are trying to say here.
Robot = Auto Attendant function
Close the door = hang up the phone?
It sounds like you are saying when someone calls into the auto attendant and then hangs up the call continues to ring the phone.
If that is the case you have a problem with C.O. disconnect supervision from the people providing the phone lines. The people that provide the phone lines are not 'telling' your Samsung system to let go of the line.

I've seen the same issue with few sites. Everything had worked fine with their old DCS 50s, However this issue appears intermittently (rare) on their new 7400s I've installed. Most often happens when the call was abandoned before leaving the Auto Attendant (SVMI-20E).
I have yet to find a fix, since its quite random. I'm certain the phone company will just tell me it's not their problem since they didn't install the system.

disconnect supervision is the answer. it's called guaranteed disconnect by some carriers.
also, make sure you set the condition for no entry to Bye - Goodbye in your menu input action prompts so if someone calls and hangs up on your auto attendant the system will hang up the call and not tie your trunk up indefinately.

Daniel is right but also go into your Samsung IN- Skin port settings under the block table and change your disconnect type to NOISE. By default it is none because its expecting it from telco.

If you are using analog lines, you may need to enable PRS, so your Samsung can 'see' that the caller has hang up.

Thanks for the input, In these cases they are analog lines connected to an 8TRK2, I've checked and confirmed each item suggested so far.
PRS on/OFF seems to be an setting unique to the 8TRK cards. It seems that CO disconnect signal detection is always enabled in 8TRK2
Actually I think the delayed disconnect may be from the the way the CO handles calls from cellphones. Tests from external land-lines work fine, but I can trigger the delayed disconnect from my cellphone if I hang up while the call is still ringing through.
Good thing the SVMi-20e seems to trim and discard messages with no recorded sound.
