I have a very odd situation. I have two users whose led's do not funtion on their phones. Everything from the line 1 led to the vmail led. the phone does function, but the user can't tell if they have vmail, etc. I have swapped phones with brand new ones and even switched ports on the switch and nothing works. Has anyone run into this problem? It doesn't seem port related and it doesn't seem to be a phone issue. i checked everything in the switch and all the buttons have been assigned properly.
Suggestions?
Thanks, Scott

Slojo, That isn't the problem because these two phones were working properly until two days ago. Aboslutely nothing has changed.
