I am looking to find out the name of the proprietary software used to administer the Officeserve 7100 system. We have a new customer that has this system, and is dissatisfied with his vendor. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to obtain this software, or at least the name of it? Thanks in advance!

Thankfully all managemnt functions can also be performed via any of the keysets.
It is called Installation Tool - and is only available to dealers directly from Samsung.
There is typically a matching version for each system firmware revision, Dealers will have access to the required compatability table. Documentation is not included since the tool is desinged for use by Samsung trained Technicans who have an existing in-depth knowledge of the OfficeServ system.

We have never had that instruction, I don't use it unless I have to as its slow and painfull (and you can't search for a MMC/setting like you can with IT Tool)

If you are good at programming a Samsung manually on site then that is about the fastest way you could go.
If you need to work on a customer 30 miles away, then maybe you could get a Samsung tech to load IT Tool in your computer. He might charge you for one service call to do it, but it is only money and you would have the program until your computer dies or someone steals it.
