Any recomendations for a basic SMDR logging app, perhaps one that also allows email notifications sent by triggered events.
This is for a small business client, perhaps something within the couple hundred range.
Officeserv Dataview is great, but a bit of an overkill in this case.

I have used Tapit. It works with serial and TCPIP. It also has the ability to email under certain conditions. Also a web interface as well. Not to sure with the others.
