Here in North America mmc 306 is Hot Line.
My guess is he has admin access so all the mmc's are not showing up.

MMC 306 is working, I have not understood pvj, admin not have access to all the MMC? And who then?

Basically there are 2 levels of programming access.
1 is admin which allows a user to do basic things,the other tech access which allows access to all the programming.
