Hello,
I have a 7400 system with a digital station set up for DND that is supposed to go to voice mail when activated. it works fine for internal calls and external calls but when a call is transferred to this station it rings busy. Anyone know of a setting that will allow it to go to VM? Thanks in advance for any help.

Who hears the busy, the station doing the tranfer or the outside party?

And what happens if the station that is trying to transfer the call hangs up when they get the tone?

What software level? Could be a bug if it is brand new.

if the person transferring just hangs up the call rings back to that station. Our
S/W Version is MP '09.06.01 V4.30i

Cant say i use DND forward much if ever, i suppose they can get around it by transferring straight to vm with a VT key if the DS key shows the station busy or dnd.
