Hello, I have a Samsung 7400 system and the single line phones ring busy when calling a digital set that is in use. Outside and digital to digital calls ring in fine on the call 2 key. I looked through settings and can not find anything. Ive talked with our vendor and they said there is nothing that can be done, they even contacted Samsung directly. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Try to do a flashhook 45 on the analog phone and that should trigger a camp-on to the digital station. You can also renumber the feature to something else to make it easier to remember.

Auto camp on is for the calling station not the called station. And it cannot be turned on for analog stations hence the above post.

the problem we would run into with that is the system is on a small college and many of the lines are common phones for students. Trying to not to have a large list of dialing rules at each phone.
