We have recently taken possession of a OfficeServ 7100 system to replace our old DSC-816.

We have managed to install everything fine, The system came available when a company when under, the price was too good for us not to buy it.

Its still got their AA message which we need to replace with ours!

For the moment ive set it to just ring 500 without any AA message.

Under the ETHERNET PARAMETERS MMC it states our SYSTEM IP ADDR is 192.168.0.100, but when i go to https://192.168.0.100 all i get is 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'.

Im using IE8, I know it says IE6.x in the manual but surly its compatible!?

Anyone able to assist?

Thanks.

Are you able to ping that address?

When i ping i get:

PING 192.168.0.100 (192.168.0.100): 64 data bytes

--- 192.168.0.100 ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss

********

When i dial into our router 192.168.250.1 and view all the LAN clients,
all the computers, printers, hard drives all have the same style IP - 192.168.250.(unique number)

I have tried changing the system IP to 192.168.250.115 then restarted the system to make changes affective but sill nothing frown

Be sure to change the gateway to within the same subnet of the ip range.

Problem solved.

Our router wanted an ip of 192.198.250.(unique number)

I also found out the routers default gateway and subnet.

Put these into the system and did a restart.

Sorted.
