I have a 7200 with an MP20 v4.42a that has an intermittent issue. The customer will call and state that they will place a call on hold (full PRI), and the call is flashing green under one of their call buttons. If they go back and try to pick up the call by pressing the flashing call button, they receive an error tone along with 7XX OUT OF SERVICE. The call button remains flashing.
The majority of the time they can press 12 or a HLDPK button and dial the extension number of the call that placed it on hold, or 12 followed by the trunk number and retrieve the call, but not 100% of the time.
There are no errors in the Alarm History and no other issues with inbound/outbound calls. If I reset the PRI card, the problem clears...for a period of time, sometimes a couple months, but does return eventually.
Appreciate your input.

Under the PRI programming make sure that any channel is set to no. I have seen this be a issue. Also you might want to upgrade " I know " to the latest version because the system has a issue of loosing the calls on the earlier verions of 4.4
