I recently upgraded a networked 7200 with an expansion cabinet from an MCP to an MP20. All of the cards have the latest software and it appears to run fine. However, after it runs for a day or so, it locks out IT Tool. This happens locally as well as remotely so it's not a router/firewall issue. Also, IP phones continue to work. Resetting the system through KMMC restores access through IT Tool for another day. Has anyone seen this or do I possibly have a bad MP20? Many thanks in advance
